• Monday - Friday

Core Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for pressure/power washing assignments, general maintenance tasks, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects for commercial and strata-managed residential properties.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience.

• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license. Our NBM company truck will be used for assignments.

• Ability to regularly lift over 50 lbs.; and to work indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions, as needed.

• Ability to properly assess problems and provide solutions professionally and on time.

• A self-motivated individual who enjoys a variety of tasks and seeing them through to completion.

We are always looking to add more Snow Removal Personnel to join our team. A description of the position available has been provided below.

Schedule:

• This is an On-Call position.

Core Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for assisting in the removal of snow from designated areas and for cold weather, applying salt to various areas as preventative maintenance, for commercial and strata-managed residential properties.

Requirements:

• Must be reliable and show up on time.

• Must speak and understand English.

• Must live in the Greater Vancouver / Burnaby area.

• If you can operate a Bobcat, it will be an asset.

• Valid Class 5 BC driver's license. NBM company truck will be used for assignments.
