NBM provides real-time property inspection reports. All NBM managers and on-site supervisors are equipped with smartphone technology to enable communications in real-time and up-to-date access to information for our clients.

Property reports include regular site inspections with photographs showing the cleanliness and/or condition of a site, and any repair or maintenance issues observed.

NBM team members work closely with our partners to be informed on any issues that occur or require attention. In addition, NBM has on-call staff available 24/7 to assist in janitorial, cleaning, and maintenance emergencies. We maintain and monitor our own emergency line for after-hours needs. The call is sent directly to an NBM employee, not a call center.
